Privát UT is a logistics operator and a trader in the same company. We move fertilizers, chemical raw materials and dry bulk across Europe, the CIS and MENA, and we supply the cargo itself — which means a customer can buy the product, the freight, or both under one contract.
That combination is the point rather than a convenience. A pure forwarder optimises the movement it is handed; a pure trader hands the movement to somebody else. Holding both lets us change what ships, when it ships and in what packaging when the schedule or the market moves, instead of explaining afterwards why it could not be changed.
The company is registered in Hungary and operates from Budapest, inside the Danube corridor and within reach of Baltic, Adriatic and Black Sea ports by rail and road. That position is what makes combined sea, rail and road schemes worth building in the first place.

How we trade
As a trader
We buy from producers, hold title, and sell on FCA, FOB, CIF, DAP or CPT terms. Prices are quoted per shipment against the parcel, the delivery terms and the destination — never published, because a published number is wrong within the week.
As a forwarder
We plan and run the whole chain — sea, rail, road, storage, bagging, customs — under a single contract and a single point of contact, with the hand-over risk between legs carried by us rather than passed back to the customer.
As a counterparty
An EU-registered company with published registration, tax and VAT identifiers, screening its own counterparties and destinations before it contracts. Due diligence should be quick, and everything needed for it is on this page.

Compliance
Who we will and will not trade with
Every counterparty is screened before we contract, and every destination is screened before we ship. That covers sanctions lists, export control designations and, for the restricted grades in our catalogue, the buyer's licences and stated end use.
Screening is repeated rather than done once: ownership changes, listings change, and a counterparty that cleared in March may not clear in September. Where a check fails we decline the business and say why, which is occasionally an uncomfortable conversation and always the cheaper one.
Anti-bribery rules apply to us and to the agents who act for us. We do not make facilitation payments, and an agent who asks for one stops acting for us.
