Customs and documentation

Export and import clearance with EUR.1, CoA, CoO, phytosanitary certificates, EORI and T1 transit.

Cargo does not stop at borders because of transport. It stops because of paper. A missing certificate of origin costs a preferential duty rate; a wrong HS code costs a reclassification and an inspection; a phytosanitary certificate that names the wrong port costs a week.

We prepare and lodge the declarations, and we prepare them before the cargo moves rather than while it waits. The document set is built from the contract at the point the offer is accepted, so what arrives at the border is complete.

Fertilizers and chemicals also sit inside export control and sanctions frameworks that change. Screening of counterparties and destinations is part of clearance, not a separate compliance exercise bolted on afterwards.
