No offer and no prices

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, an invitation to treat that binds us, or a price quotation. Availability, specification and price are confirmed only in a written offer.

Restricted products

Certain grades are subject to export control, licensing or security requirements. Access to their specification, and any supply of them, is conditional on verification of the buyer, the stated end use and the destination. We may decline an enquiry without giving detailed reasons where disclosure would itself be inappropriate.

Accuracy

Specifications published here are indicative of standard grades and are not a warranty. The binding specification is the one in the offer and in the lot-specific certificate of analysis. Transport classification and customs treatment are confirmed per grade and per route.
