Service

Bagging and packaging

Big bags from 500 to 1250 kg and PP bags of 25 or 50 kg, palletised, marked and available as private label.

Whether a parcel arrives in bulk or in bags decides who can receive it. A distributor with a bagging line wants bulk; a cooperative delivering to farms wants 25 kg bags on hooded pallets; a large arable customer wants big bags his own loader can lift.

We arrange bagging on the route rather than at origin, which means the same bulk parcel can be split across formats and destinations after it has crossed the expensive legs. Marking, labelling and private label finishing are done at the same point.

Packaging for fertilizer is a technical specification, not a wrapper: UV stabilisation, liner type and closure all decide whether the product is still saleable after a season in an open barn.
