NPK, standard grades
15-15-15 · 16-16-16 · 10-26-26 · 13-19-19 · 8-20-30
Chemically combined NPK, where each granule carries the complete ratio. The practical consequence is that the material cannot separate — not in the wagon, not in the hopper, not across a twenty-four metre bout width.
The balanced grades (15-15-15, 16-16-16) are general-purpose base dressings. The weighted grades (10-26-26, 8-20-30) exist for soils where nitrogen is applied separately in season and the base application is carrying phosphate and potash only.

- Transport status
- Nitrate-bearing grades may fall under Class 5.1 — confirmed per grade
Classification, HS code and transport regime are confirmed per grade and per route at the offer stage. Figures below are indicative of the standard specification.
Packaging
- Bulk, in covered equipment
- Big bag 500 / 1000 / 1250 kg
- PP bags 25 and 50 kg, palletised and hooded
Storage and handling
- Dry, covered storage; hygroscopic
- Segregate from combustible material where the grade carries a significant nitrate fraction
- Confirm the grade on the certificate of analysis — NPKs are visually indistinguishable
Transport
- Grades with a high nitrate content may be regulated as Class 5.1 — checked before booking
- Covered equipment; clean holds with previous cargo history checked
Documents
- Technical data sheet (TDS) — issued with the offer
- Safety data sheet (SDS) in the languages of transit and destination
- Certificate of analysis, lot-specific, drawn at loading
- Certificate of origin and EUR.1 where the destination allows preference
Documents are issued against a confirmed enquiry rather than published for download — an SDS is only meaningful for the grade and revision actually shipped.
